Do I own the code?

Yes. After final payment, you receive all source code, documentation, and full ownership rights. No licensing fees. No ongoing dependencies on us (unless you want support).

What if my requirements change mid-project?

We handle change requests with a formal process: you describe the change, we quote the additional cost and timeline impact, you approve before we proceed. This prevents scope creep and protects both of us.

Can you maintain/support the software after launch?

Yes. We offer ongoing support retainers (R3,500-R10,000/month depending on complexity). Or, because you own the code, you can hire your own developer to maintain it.

How do I know if I need custom development or an off-the-shelf solution?
